There are simple things within the training that should be customizable without having to pay an additional fee. For example, the wording of the harassment policy should just be harassment policy, not "your Respectful Workplace Policy." That confuses people because we don't have a policy with that title. Simply using "your policy on harassment" is more general and would not cause confusion.
Also, we should be able to remove the reference to California state law if we don't have employees in CA. Or, better yet, add the laws for our state - or links to the laws for our state.
