Ability to Add Completion Certificate CC Emails on Individual Courses with Org-Level Notifications Turned On

We would like to set Organizational-Level emails for all courses, but also have the ability to send who gets CC'd on the Completion Certificate Notification emails for each course.


This would save a ton of time for us so we don't have to copy and paste the Course-Level email notification on all courses - only add the email address of who we'd like to send the completion certificate to in different departments for each course.
