Do you have an idea for a new product feature, or want to suggest an update to an existing one? Throttle multiple error emails if the reason is the same but the time is within a short period.

Where a user is repeatedly attempting to access a training course but has not yet been set up in iLMS (EB04:User is not active) each time they attempt another almost identical error email is sent.  It would be less demanding on the admins if a single error email could be sent and any subsequent ones in a,say, 5 minute period would be throttled, thus not bombarding admins with dozens of almost identical messages.
