Currently the System only sends out notifications for users who have not yet completed courses on a WEEKLY, MONTHLY or YEARLY frequency. Our University Leadership does not want Weekly or Monthly reminders to go out to the end users as everyone gets enough e-mails and they want the managers to enforce attendance by sending them attendance reports. The Leadership prefers a QUARTERLY reminder which means that every 3 MONTHS, the system would send out a notification to the end users who have NOT completed their assigned courses. I would appreciate it if the team would consider this request. Thank you,
