Customer Feedback

Do you have an idea for a new product feature, or want to suggest an update to an existing one? How about feedback or a request for something that IeL does not currently offer, but you think we should? This portal will allow you submit those ideas for review and help put them on IeL’s roadmap. You can also read through other idea submissions and vote on the ones you like. We're excited to hear from you!

This is Lupe Gracia from Torrid. We have 6000 users and need this changed as soon as possible. In the profile section for each user the user is able to make changes. We would like to request that these field be locked to avoid any issues with users changing their profile information. This could be a big issue for us down the road.

    Hey Lupe, thank you for your submission.

    This feature does exist for learner accounts.
    We have informed your account manager of this request and will have them reach out to assist you with locking down the user profile fields.

    Thanks again for your feedback, we love hearing from our customers so that we have the opportunity to improve our products to better suit real customer needs.
