Customer Feedback

Do you have an idea for a new product feature, or want to suggest an update to an existing one? How about feedback or a request for something that IeL does not currently offer, but you think we should? This portal will allow you submit those ideas for review and help put them on IeL’s roadmap. You can also read through other idea submissions and vote on the ones you like. We're excited to hear from you!

We have 6000 users and have started to role out new training to learners who are working retail PT hours. Currently the system limits the life of a password to 48 hrs. Due to our limited scheduling of PT employees we are requesting that you extend the time up to 14 days. This will help us with some of the current issues we are having with passwords and meet the needs of our business.

+1000 on this one. PLEASE. We use this system for contingent workers, and there is often a large delay in them onboarding. The 48 hours seems arbitrary and should be customizable within the instance.
