With our employee's working at home and or having their work email on their personal devices, they would prefer if they did not get the security awareness emails at midnight or weekends. They hear their phones alert them of a new email and they check it because in our environment, it might be something of high importance they need to deal with. Instead it is the email for the security awareness training. They would really appreciate the emails going out in the mornings during the week instead. The timing of the emails is giving them a negative impression of the security training with Inspired elearning.
