I bulk update by group for new users, and with 70-90 new users per upload it's currently a 6-step process to determine which users MAY be already in the system in an inactive status (pull report of users, vlookup against new upload list, modify upload new user list, upload, create separate list to reactivate inactive users, upload).
Instead, please allow for automatic reactivation of inactive users. Logic is that I would only be updating an inactive record with the purpose of reactivating it. This then becomes a 2-step process taking 10 minutes instead of 3 hours of manual work per day.
