Add a button to sync all groups at once

I have 23 groups and the number is growing rapidly. Every time I do a bulk upload I have to click 23 buttons to sync and trigger emails at the appropriate time. A sync all groups button not only makes logical sense, it saves admins time and wrist fatigue.

    It would be nice to have a way to refresh the groups with one touch. The way it is now I have to refresh each group manually. I ask you, which will be more likely to be done by an admin: Delete groups on a daily process or refresh a group on a daily process? The ‘Actions’ selection gives me the choice to delete in mass – but not Refresh in mass.
