We have found out that if a user is un-enrolled from a course, the transcript history for the course is lost. We have some courses that we assign only to certain groups, and there are times that users fall in/out of these groups. I understand there is the option to Waive a course for a user, but ideally it would make more sense to keep historical data of course completion, regardless if the user is currently enrolled in a course or not.
